HANDMADE PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

• Standard Processing: Because our products are individually handmade, orders generally ship within an estimated 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your package leaves our studio.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided at checkout apply after the estimated 3-week production period.

• Carriers: We partner with reliable postal and courier services to ensure your items arrive safely.

• Delays: NALOULA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

• Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

• Customer Responsibility: All taxes, duties, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
